Data controller
TL Motorsport, with premises at Avinguda d'Elx 35, 03801 Alcoi (Alicante) and telephone 966 57 92 25, is the controller of the personal data you provide through this website. The full identifying details, including the NIF tax number and the contact email address, will be published in the legal notice.
What data we process and why
We process only the data you enter in the contact form: name, email address, telephone number, vehicle details and the text of your enquiry. The purpose is to answer that enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange an appointment at the workshop. We do not build profiles and we take no automated decisions.
Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, together with pre-contractual steps taken at your request. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
Retention period
We keep your enquiry for as long as is needed to deal with it and thereafter for the applicable statutory limitation periods. Once that period has passed the data is deleted.
Recipients
The email generated by the form is sent through Resend, an email delivery provider acting as a data processor. We do not pass your data to third parties except where the law requires it.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by contacting the workshop in writing or by telephone. If you consider that the processing does not comply with the rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency in Madrid.

This processing is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and by Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights.
